Since 2019, a bilateral agreement between Serbia and UAE has allowed individuals from each country to visit the other without the need to attain a visa. However, there is a time limit to the travellers of 90 days after which they are subject to pay a fine.

However, if the stay is longer than 90 days of the 180 days period, then you can either visit there with a Schengen visa or try other visa types.
