Abu Dhabi (Capital of the UAE)

Paid parking is enforced from Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Parking is free outside of these hours, as well as on Fridays and public holidays.

Sharjah

Paid parking is enforced from Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, parking is free on Fridays and public holidays.

Ajman 

From Saturday through Thursday, 8 am to 1 pm and subsequently 5 pm to 10 pm, parking is ticket-based. Fridays are free parking days.
