Pro Tips

There is a common misconception about getting your tappet clearance adjusted every time you visit the service station. While an oil change is recommended after every 2000 kilometres of driving, the same rule does not apply for tappet clearance. Riding experts can go up to 7000 kilometres without a tappet clearance adjustment. It is only necessary if you feel the overall performance of the motorbike is not optimum or degrading.

As for oil change, CD 70 should get an oil change every 2000 kilometres. As for CG 125, it varies according to the season. An oil change is recommended every 800-1000 kilometres in summers. In winter, this range go up to 1300-1500 milometers.
