IHC suspends govt's order to close CNG stations

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday gave its ruling in a petition filed by the CNG stations owners, suspending the government’s orders regarding the indefinite closure of CNG stations in Punjab cities.

The IHC judge Justice Shaukat Siddiqui while hearing the petition issued stay order against the indefinite closure of CNG stations in the twin cities (Islamabad and Rawalpindi) and Potohar region and ordered the government to implement previous schedule of gas supply.
