Islamabad: November 1, 2013: Earthquake was felt in Shangla valley at 11.15 morning of Nov. 1, 2013. Earthquake was also felt in other parts of Malakand Division including Swat and Mingora. More news are coming and will be updated.

According seismic centre the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.7 on the Richter Scale, while its epicenter was in Afghanistan’s Hindukush region at a depth of 163 kilometre.

It may be mentioned that another earthquake jolted Shangla valley on September 25, 2013—just 7 days ago from same epicentre. According to seismic center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.7 on the Richter Scale, while its epicenter was in Afghanistan’s Hindukush region at a depth of 163 kilometer.
