BANNU: At least three persons were killed while three others injured in a firing incident that occurred during a Jirga.
According to police, the jirga was being held here over a land dispute between two groups.
One of the rival groups opened fire during the jirga, killing three persons. The victims included brothers and a passerby.
Bodies and injured persons were shifted to local hospital.
