TTP condemns recent terror attacks, calls them ‘Haram’

ISLAMABAD: The outlawed Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesman Shahidullah Shahid on Wednesday condemned the blasts at the Sibbi Railway station and at Islamabad Sabzi Mandi, saying targeting innocent persons is unwarranted and ‘Haram’ in Shariat.

At least 22 people were killed and more than 100 sustained injuries in a blast at Sabzi Mandi area of Islamabad on Wednesday morning.

Earlier on Tuesday, an explosion occurred inside a bogie of Jaffar Express at the Sibbi Railway station, killing at least 16 persons and injuring 40 others.
