Top anchor of Pakistan Iftikhar Ahmad has got life threats

Lahore: The top anchor of Pakistan Iftikhar Ahmad has got death threats last night when he was stopped at Canal Road by two persons  who advised him to keep himself away from talking about Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Balochistan crises.

According to details, top anchor of Pakistan Iftikhar Ahmad who is hosts leading program Jawab Deh at Geo Television was coming home at evening. His car was stopped by two persons wearing Shalwar Kamiz. One of them spoke to Iftikhar Ahmad in Punjabi and threaten him for dire consequences if he continues to talk about TTP and Baluchistan human rights violations. A person (woman or man) was also standing close to them in Burqa might have weapons. Iftikhar Ahmad informed that after giving this message all three of them instantly disappeared from the place.

Iftikhar Ahmad has informed Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif about this incident.
