PESHAWAR, Pakistan: An improvised explosive device (IED) planted along a roadside in Bara tehsil of Khyber tribal region went off on Friday, killing at least three militants belonging to the banned Lashkar-i-Islam group.
The source said that the militants were travelling in their vehicle when they passed the Sipah area of Bara tehsil, where they were hit by the IED.
Subsequently, three militants were killed while the vehicle was completely destroyed in the explosion.
