PESHAWAR, Pakistan: A US drone strike left at least three persons killed and two others injured in the North Waziristan tribal region on Thursday, the media citing the security sources reported.
The security sources said the casualties occurred as the drone fired two missiles targeting a vehicle in the Loman area of Dattakhel Tehsil.
This was the fifth consecutive drone attack in the last five days, as the US-led drone campaign targets suspected militants and their hideouts in restive North and South Waziristan.
