QUETTA: A roadside blast took place in earthquake-hit district Awaran of Balochistan province on Thursday, killing at least three persons and injuring couple of others.

Police said that the explosive material was planted on a road in Shah Ghazi area and went off when a donkey cart was passing by.

The injured people were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.
