Suicide car bomber claims 15 lives in Darra Adamkhel

KOHAT: At least fifteen people were killed and around 25 others sustained critical injuries when a suicide bomber rammed his car into a market in the semi-autonomous tribal region of Darra Adamkhel on Saturday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on 13 October, 2012.

Commissioner Kohat Division Sahibzada Muhammad Anees said a suicide bomber rammed his explosives laden car into the market where dozens of shopkeepers and customers were present.

Talking to Dispatch News Desk (DND), Sahibzada Muhammad Anees said 15 people were killed and 25 others injured in the blast.

“The injured, some of them seriously hurt, have been shifted to hospitals in Kohat and Peshawar,” the commissioner said.
