SHIKARPUR: Syed Hajjan Shah, the Pir of the Syed Ghazi Ghulam Shah Bokhari shrine, has died in Patel Hospital on Monday after he received critical injuries in the Shikarpur blast last week, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.

Pir Hajjan Shah was admitted to a Karachi-based hospital after he received critical injured in the blast that occurred on February 25 when some unidentified miscreants came on motorbikes and hurled a hand grenade at the shrine in Lakhi Ghulam Shah Maari area of Shikarpur and fled away, leaving three dead and 12 others wounded including Pir Hajjan.

Deputy Commissioner of the Sindh police confirmed the death of Pir Hajjan Shah.
