PakistanQuetta blast: Governor sees intelligence agencie's failure

QUETTA: Governor Balochistan Zulfiqar Ali Magsi on Saturday night termed the unabated incidents of terrorism as the intelligence agencies’ failure to do their job, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Sunday.

“Seemingly, the agents are either too scared to go after the terror-mongers or too clueless to even know who they are dealing with”, said Magsi while talking to media after visiting Combine Military Hospital (CMH) to inquire after the health of victims.

“They have no idea whatsoever, what’s going on, which is alarming”, Magsi added.

“It’s their job to preempt such attacks. That’s what they are paid for. Alas! They failed all these innocent people who died in this catastrophic bomb blast”, the governor said further.

Meanwhile, the governor announced a compensation worth Rs100,000 for the bereaved families of each fatal victim of the Quetta blast.
