Muslim Uighurs allegedly blown Public Security Bureau office building in Yecheng Kashi Xinjiang province China. Chinese media says 13 dead and all are terrorists while unconfirmed reports say 19 dead. Information from the area is difficult to verify independently as foreign and local journalists are subject to heavy restrictions.

There are more conflicting reports as authorities claimed they killed terrorists but gave no information that how many died in suicidal attack and how many were inside vehicle that was hit with the building.
