LANDIKOTAL: At least two personnel of the Khassadar force and a civilian were killed while nine others were injured in a blast in Landikotal town in Khyber Agency on Tuesday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
Political Tehsildar Abdul Nabi said that unidentified persons had concealed the remote-controlled bomb in a gunny bag that was placed at the Bacha Khan Chowk in Landikotal bazaar.
The explosion occurred at 2:15pm when business activities at the bazaar were at their peak. The blast killed Gul Zar and Roza Gul, members of the Khassadar force, and a shopkeeper, Ikramullah, he said.
