Karachi: A man was killed in a firing incident while police arrested a target killer in an encounter.
According to police, the man was shot dead near KDA flats in Surjani Town.
He was identified as Umair, owner of a state agency in the area, the sources said.
On the other hand, Mochko police arrested a key suspect involved in Lyari gang war from Badhani Goth.
He was involved in more than ten incidents of target killing, the police told.
