Moscow: Islamic State (IS) Caliphate has started issuing its passports after issuing number plates for vehicles. Eagle is emblem of this passport.
The passport are being issued in Mosul. Titleof passports is  “Caliphate Islamic State” .
Citizens of area that are under the control of IS have been directed to get their new passports and around 11,000 persons have been registered for new passports.
Sources said that these 11,000 persons are IS fighters. IS has allowed dual nationality so fighters of other countries fighting in IS areas will have right to use their passport of country of origin also when they wish to travel outside including Europe.
