ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notification of permanent judges in two special courts today.

Mir Jan Kakar, Registrar of IHC, has issued notification of judges’ appointment in two special courts of Islamabad, after approval of the Law Ministry.

According to the notification, Atiq-ur-Rehman has been appointed judge in Anti-Terrorism Court and Shahid Shafique as judge of Banking Court in Islamabad.

Atiq-ur-Rehman had performed services as Registrar if the IHC and Shahid Shafiq has been hired from Sindh High Court.

Prior to these appointments, District and Session Judge Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi had additional charge of the ATC.
