PESHAWAR, Pakistan: An improvised explosive device (IED) planted by militants along a roadside went off in Pindyali tehsil of Mohmand agency that left two peace committee members dead and another critically injured.
The official sources said that the blast took place in Inzari Miangan village of Dawezai area in Pindyali tehsil when the peace committee members were passing through the area.
The victims were shifted to a nearby hospital while the security personnel reached the blast site and cordoned off the area as a probe into the incident went underway.
