RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif signed on Tuesday death warrants of four hardcore terrorists, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.

The terror convicts include Noor Saeed alias Hafiz Sahib s/o Muhammad Saeed, Murad Khan s/o Sarfraz Khan, Inayatullah s/o Khakay Khan and Israruddin alias Abu Lais s/o Hussain Ahmed.

They were involved in men slaughtering, suicide bombing, abduction for ransom, providing funds for terrorists’ organizations and colossal damage to life and property, the ISPR added.

The terrorists’ trials are being carried out in various military courts which were set up under the anti-terror action plan and aimed at to speed up the trial of alleged terrorists.

Earlier on December 2, four terrorists convicted in the terror attack on the Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar were executed in Kohat Prison after their black warrants were signed by the COAS after rejection of their mercy appeal by President Mamnoon Hussain.
