MULTAN, Pakistan: Four terrorists belonging to an outlawed organization were killed in a firing encounter with Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) at Moza Adam Wahan in district Lodhran on Friday night.

Responding to information regarding presnce of some six to seven terrorists, a CTD Multan team raided a place at Moza Adam Wahan in Sadar police area in Lodhran. The criminals hurled two hand grenades at the CTD team.

The CTD officials then returned the firing that caused the deaths of four terrorists on the spot. A jacket, a live hand grenade, a rifle, and other weapons were recovered from the possession of terrorists.

The identification of the killed terrorists is yet to be ascertained.
