QUETTA: Four persons including a Levies constable were shot dead in Khuzdar district of Balochistan on Thursday, a Levies official said.
Armed militants opened fire at a vehicle carrying Levies officials near Gazgi Chowki area of Khuzdar district, Muhammad Ali, a Levies official said.
The official said that the Levies personnel retaliated the gunfire however the assailants managed to flee in the nearby mountains.
All civilian victims were local tribesmen of Tehsil Zehri.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the incident.
