Five gunned down in Quetta violence

QUETTA: Five people lost their lives while four others sustained injuries in different incidents of firing the provincial capital on Sunday night, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on 14 October, 2012.

According to Deputy Inspector General Investigation Police Hamid Shakil, unknown armed men riding a bike opened indiscriminate fire on a Suzuki car near the City police station, killing one person and injuring three others. Later, two of the injured succumbed to their injuries in hospital.

In another incident, two persons were killed and three others sustained serious injuries in a sectarian attack here on Sunday evening.
