Islamabad:  Former spokesperson of the Pakistani Taliban Ehsanullah Ehsan, who was sacked on July 10, 2013 by the central council over his alleged threats to the Afghan Taliban has lost his case in Islamic court of Taliban. It may be mentioned he went to court against the decision of Hakimulah Mahsud who sacked him from his place. Ehsanullah Ehsan approached the Taliban court and rejected charges against him, claiming that he had not threatened the Afghan Taliban.

It may be mentioned that Taliban run a parallel justice system in Pakistan that is in accordance with Shariah laws of Saudi Arabia in those areas where TTP have total control like South and North Waziristan.
