Caliphate system with the name of Islamic State (IS) established in Middle East. This is first Caliphate after the fall of Ottoman Empire. Caliphate of Islamic State (IS) established in Middle East. This is first Caliphate after the fall of Ottoman Empire. The ISIS  has been revoked and new State namely Islamic State (SI) have been declared by Islamist radicals in captured territories from Iraq and Syria.

Islamic State  will be a ‘caliphate’ and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been announced its first  “caliph” . Oil rich Caliphate considers itself a legitimate state and directed all Islamists including Al-Qaeeda to pledge their allegiance. The new Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi will be  “the caliph”  and “leader for Muslims everywhere,” the radical Sunni militant group said in an audio recording distributed online on Sunday. Now Caliphate will announce its Governors in Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan in first phase of its expansion. There are possibilities that IS will recognized Afghan Taliban and Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTO) as its component bodies and its governance tools.

This is the first time since the fall of the Ottoman Empire in 1923 that a Caliph – which means a political successor to Prophet Muhammad – has been declared. The decision was made following the group’s Shura Council meeting on Sunday, according to ISIS spokesman Abu Mohammed al-Adnani. IS marks its borders on the territory captured by the group from Iraq and Syria.  IS has called on Al-Qaeda and other radical Sunni militants in the region to immediately pledge their allegiance.

“The Shura [Council] of the Islamic State met and discussed this issue…The Islamic State decided to establish an Islamic caliphate and to designate a caliph for the state of the Muslims,” said group spokesman Adnani.
