QUETTA: At least 8 persons were injured in an explosion in front of a private hospital in Satellite Town in Quetta this morning.

The bomb was planted in a bicycle.

Police and FC personnel have cordoned off the area and rescue teams rushed to the scene.

Earlier‚ at least 6 people have been killed and 45 injured in 4 bomb blasts in different areas of Quetta on Tuesday evening.

The blasts occurred in Nichari‚ Jinnah Town‚ Gawalmandi and Gordat Singh road.

Meanwhile‚ 4 people have been injured in a blast in the Buffer Zone area of Karachi.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso have strongly condemned the Quetta and Karachi blasts.

They have directed to provide necessary treatment to the injured during the blasts.
