PESHAWAR: As many as seven persons including two policemen were killed in a rocket attack on Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station in Budha Beer‚ Peshawar on Tuesday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Tuesday.
Police said that the Militants fired seven rockets on the grid station leaving two persons dead on the spot‚ while bodies of five people‚ who went missing after the attack‚ were later found from nearby fields.
The grid station was badly damaged in the attack. While soon after the attack, electricity went off and the area plunged into darkness.
