ISLAMABAD: The federal minister for interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan told the National Assembly on Friday 1,017 terrorist incidents took place in different parts of the country during the last six months.
During the question hour session of the house on Friday, the interior minister said that 878 people including 232 security personnel were killed in those terrorist incidents.
The interior minister said that the compensation package will be enhanced for the security personnel martyred in terrorist attacks. He also said that a special package will be given to those who seriously injured in the attacks.
