LAHORE, Pakistan: There is going to be more excitement for Pakistanis especially people of Lahore as Pakistan will face Zimbabwe in the first one day international (ODI) at the Qaddafi Stadium on Tuesday.
Today’s encounter is part of the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe.
The match will start at 04:00 pm according to the Pakistan Standard Time (PST). The PTV Sports Live will broadcast the match live for its viewers.
It will be the first ODI Pakistan will play in front of its home crowd after a period of six years. Keeping in view the passion and excitement witnessed in the crowd during the two T20 internationals, again a large of number people are expected to come for the ODI series at the Qaddafi Stadium.
In both T20 internationals, the Qaddafi Stadium pitch proved to be batting friendly as both sides put decent scores on the board whenever they batted. However, bowlers of both teams could not leave a great impact on their opposite sides but for 50-over games they need to improve their performance.
The next two ODIs between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will be played on May 29 and May 31 respectively.
