ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A delegation of Huawei met the Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui in Islamabad on Wednesday, and discussed the matters related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Huawei is the leading telecom provider in the world and also a leading ICT infrastructure development company in Pakistan.

FEDERAL MINISTER FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATION, DR. KHALID MAQBOOL SIDDIQUI IN A MEETING WITH DELEGATION OF HUAWEI IN ISLAMABAD.

The Huawei team apprised the federal minister about their services in the field of ICT.

During the meeting, the Ministry of IT’s program “Baytee” was also discussed.

The Huawei team was told that “Baytee” program is aimed at empowering women through ICT. The delegation was excited to know about the program “Baytee” and agreed to become the part of it.

The Federal Secretary Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Shoaib Ahmad and officers of the Ministry were also present in the meeting.
