LAHORE, Pakistan: InfoTech (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading systems integrator and a technology solutions provider, after a competitive bidding process boasts a utilities project win with DEDAS and EPSAS Turkey. This project will implement Oracle utilities product suite.

DEDAS is an electricity distribution company that provides services in Turkey. This project will serve 1.2 million customers and will cater for both smart and non-smart meters. Using Oracle, InfoTech will deliver a solution that integrates customer and operational data for improved services and better grid performance.

EPSAS conducts electricity retail sales activities in Turkey. In this project, Implementation of analytics will allow EPSAS to analyze customer trends and provide more innovative and customer specific products. Complete billing and collection solution will provide EPSAS with better visibility and control over the complete meter to cash billing cycle.

Commenting on the latest projects in Turkey, Naseer A.
