Following the reduction in fuel prices in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for June 2023, a drop has been announced in taxi fares in Ajman City to pass on the benefit of lower prices to the masses.Taxi fares in Ajman - UAE dropped

In the UAE, the Ajman Transport Authority has announced to slash the taxi fares, saying that for the month of June 2023, taxi riders will be billed Dh1.81 per kilometre travelled.

The new rate is 4 fils lower than May’s taxi fares which were Dh1.85 per kilometre.

Earlier on May 31, the UAE reduced the retail prices of fuel by 21 fils per litre for June 2023 across all three variants of Super 98, Special 95 and E-Plus 91.
