ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Tai Chi Chinese Martial Art 4th training session will be held at China Cultural Centre in Islamabad on Wednesday to train the participants and highlight the importance of exercise.

Winner of Silver medals and renowned Chinese Tai Chi Master Mr Kevin is conducting the classes. More than 40 people from different walks of life attending the classes.

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term Taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves.

China Cultural Centre Deputy Director Li Shuo said that Tai Chi training classes were arranged to provide an opportunity of learning to the people of Pakistan to learn Chinese famous martial art.

Li Shuo said that China Cultural Centre in collaboration with CRI arranged this training programme.
