Doha: As expected, Arab League has provided official seat to Syrian Opposition during its summit in Doha. It looks Syrian situation is moving fast towards same scenario that was before disaster in Libya.

Syria’s opposition National Coalition formally took the country’s official seat at the gathering and Syrian President Bashar Assad called this act “Beyond any moral justification”.  While Russia has released its official concern over this development stating “yet another anti-Syrian step.”

On the other hand, the head of the opposition Coalition’s delegation, Ahmed Moaz al-Khatib, urged Arab leaders to provide constant assistance to the opposition, including the provision of military aid and the foreign imposition of a no-fly zone over the country’s north.
