Pakistan will confront West Indies on Saturday in a Pool B match of the ICC Cricket World Cup at Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
The match is booked to start at 03:00 am Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
Both sides are urgent to get focuses on the board after they lost their first matches. Pakistan lost to India by 76 runs at the Adelaide Oval on February 15 while the West Indies were irritated with Ireland at Saxton Oval in Nelson on February 16.
“This is a vital diversion, and both groups need to win. We realize that,” the Pakistan cricket group commander Misbah-ul Haq said on Friday.
