ADELAIDE: The third quarter final of the 11th edition of the ICC Cricket World Cup will be played between Pakistan and Australia at the Adelaide Oval on Friday.

The all important knockout game will begin at 8:30 am PST.

Pakistan will more heavily be relying on their fast bowlers including Wahab Riaz, Sohail Khan, Rahat Ali and Ahsan Adil who will mostly likely be in the squad after Muhammad Irfan is no more available due to an injury.

Misbah-ul-Haq-led national side did not begin their world cup campaign very well as they lost both their opening matches against India and West Indies. However, in their last four games, the green shirts bounced back and won all the matches.Ten Sports Live
