Former South African Captain and Star Cricketer AB de Villiers has joined Lahore Qalandars in Platinum Category while Boom Boom Shahid Afridi has been held by the Sixth Team in Platinum Category for next edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) (PSL Draft 2018).

The players draft for the fourth edition of PSL was held on Tuesday in Islamabad.

In Platinum Round; Dwayne Bravo, Sunil Narine, Sarfaraz Ahmed went to Quetta Gladiators; Kieron Pollard, Wahab Riaz and Hasan Ali went to Peshawar Zalmi; Colin Munro, Babar Azam and Mohammad Amir to Karachi Kings; AB de Villiers, Fakhar Zaman and Mohammad Hafeez to Lahore Qalandar; Luke Ronchi, Shadab Khan and Faheem Ashraf to Islamabad United; and Steve Smith, Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Malik to Sixth Team.

In Diamond Category; Shane Watson, Sohail Tanvir and Mohammad Nawaz were held by Quetta Gladiators; Joe Denly, Mohammad Ifan and Junaid Khan by Sixth Team; Ian Bel, Asif Ali and Mohammad Sami by Islamabad United; Colin Ingram, Imad Wasim and Usman Shinwari by Karachi Kings; Carlos BrathwaiteCorey Anderson and Yasir Shah by Lahore Qalandars; and Misbah Ul Haq, Daren Sammy and Kamran Akmal by Peshawar Zalmi.

In Gold Category; Nicolas Pooran, Shan Masood and Qais Ahmed went to Sixth Team; Rilee Roussow, Umar Akmal and Fawad Ahmed to Quetta Gladiators; Liam Dawson, Dawid Malan and Umar Amin to Peshawar Zalmi; Ravi Bopara, Mohammad Rizwan and Sikandar Raza to Karachi Kings; Anton Devcich, Sandeep Lamichhane and Rahat Ali to Lahore Qalandars; and Samit Patel, Phil Salt and Rumman Raees to Islamabad United.
