ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Mobilink One Classic 2015 entered its second round of the three events in Islamabad Golf Club.

The tournament witnessed participation from amateur golfers from among distinguished customers of Mobilink and the top management of the company. Prizes in various categories were distributed among the winners, media and outstanding performers.

The Mobilink one classic has been of one of the premier amateur golf events of Pakistan over the last seven years, and continues to attract a diverse segment of the country’s corporate and business sector, making for a well competed event, providing healthy entertainment and promoting golf in Pakistan.

Jeffrey Hedberg, President and CEO Mobilink highlighted, “Over the eight years our customers and golf enthusiasts have transformed this tournament into one of the most prestigious amateur golf tournaments of Pakistan. I congratulate the winners and thank our distinguished guests for making this year’s event a success.’’

Mobilink has always sought opportunities and fresh ideas to promote a healthier, more active lifestyle in the community. Now in its eighth edition, the 18-hole tournament has consistently attracted golfing enthusiasts from Mobilink’s customer base. A similar tournament was held in Lahore last week and in Karachi in the coming week before the Mobilink One Classic for 2015 ends. The 3 station series will see more than 300 amateur golfers take part in the events.
