PESHAWAR: Peshawar based sports journalist Amjad Aziz Malik has been elected as member of Executive Board of the International Sports Press Association.
President Asif Ali Zardari congratulating Amjad Aziz said militancy and extremism has not dampened the spirit of our sports persons or sports journalists and Pakistan is ready to host major sports events.
He said election of Amjad Aziz Malik to a prestigious international forum of sports journalists‚ would help convey the world that Pakistan is safe to host sports activities.
