MULTAN: A man who was allegedly set on fire by his in-laws in Multan died at Nishtar Hospital, Multan on Tuesday.

According to reports, Mairaj, a resident of Daira village, visited the house of his in-laws to bring back his wife. But they poured petrol on him and lit it with fire.

He was rushed to Nishtar Hospital in critical condition on Monday. But he succumbed to his wounds today.

Police say they have arrested two suspects after registering a case.
