ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony would start imparting extensive Hajj training to across the Country intending pilgrims in the remaining areas.

According to Ministry schedule, the pilgrims of Islamabad would be imparted training on April 17 to 19; Rawalpindi pilgrims will be imparted hajj ritual training on April 4, 14, 15 and 16.

The Hajj rituals training would be provided by nearest Haji Camp management in their respective cities.

Bahawal Nagar pilgrims will be trained on April 4; Bahawalpur on April 6; Bahawalpur on April 7; Bajour Agency on April 12 and 13; Bhakkar on April 10; Bhimber on April 5; Chaghi on April 17; Dera Ghazi Khan on April 14; Dadu on April 4; Dera Ismael Khan on April 8 and April 9; Diamir on April 7; Gawadar on April 21; Gilgit on April 8; Gujranwala on April 4; Awaran on April 19;  Harnai on April 11; Hyderabad April 7 and 8; Jamshoro April 6; Kachhi (Bolan) April 30; Kallat on April 25; Karachi Central on April 17, 18,19,20; Karachi (East) April 10,11,12,13; Karachi (Korangi) April 15; Karachi (Malir) on April 26,27, Karachi (South) on April 22,23,24; Karachi (West) April 15,16; Kech  (Turbat) on April 20; Kharan on April 18, Khushab on April 4; Khuzdar on April 24; Khyber Agency on April 10, Killa Abdullah on April 9; Kohlu on April 5; Lasbella on April 23; Lodhran on April 4; Loralai on April 6; Lower Dir on April 7; Malakand on April 5.; Mardan on April 9; Mastung on April 27; Matiari on April 4; Mianwali on April 7 and April 11; Mirpur on April 5; Multan on April 9 to April 12; Musakhel on April 4; Muzaffargarh on April 15, 16 and 18.

Likewise the pilgrims of Maushero Feroze will be imparted hajj rituals training on April 5; Nushki on April 16; Pakpatan on April 6; Peshawar on April 4, 6 and 10; Pishin on April 10; Pangur on April 19; Quetta on April 30 and May 2, 3; Sargodha on 4, 5; Shangla on April 6, 8; Sheikhpura on April 5,6 ; Sibi on April 26; Skardu, Baltistan on April 10; Sukkur on Apr 9, 10; Swabi on April 4, 5; Swat (Mingora) on April 8, Tando Muhammad Khan on April 5; Upper Dir on April 7,10; Vehari on April 4, 5 and 6; Washuk on April 18 and Ziarat on April 12.

On behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy King of Kingdom of Bahrain, conferred Bahrain Medal - First Class upon Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force at Sakhir Air Base, Bahrain. The medal was awarded to Air Chief in recognition of his distinguished efforts to enhance military cooperation and defence collaboration between the two brotherly countries. The ceremony was witnessed by senior civil and military leadership of Kingdom of Bahrain. His Royal Highnes conveyed his heartfelt acknowledgement to Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu for the participation of Pakistan Air Force contingent comprising JF-17 Block-III fighter jets alongside air and ground crew in the Bahrain International Airshow. Chief of the Air Staff expressed his gratitude for the honour of receiving the Bahrain Medal - First Class. On the sidelines of Bahrain International Airshow, Commander of Ninth Air Force (US Air Forces Central Command — AFCENT), Lieutenant General Derek France called on Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force. The Air Chief reiterated his resolve to further enhance the existing bilateral cooperation between the two strategic partners. Commander AFCENT appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in promoting regional peace and vowed to enhance cooperation in the fields of joint training, mutual exercises and military to military collaboration. In a separate meeting, Chief of the Air Staff also called on Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force.
