ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is likely to initiate the process of giving possession of plots to the allottees of dream housing project Park Enclave in December 2015.

The construction work on the remaining portion of 300 kanal has commenced at fast pace.

CDA has taken possession of this area as the Court of Law has vacated the stay order.

Now the Authority has 100 percent possession of the scheme’s land and has doubled its efforts for the execution of the development work to meet the deadline of the completing development and handing over the possession of plots to the allottees.

Work on the stretch of land cleared after vacation of the stay order is going on at fast pace and would be completed at par with the development activities being carried out in other areas of the housing scheme.

According to CDA official construction work on main road from Park Road to Park Enclave has been completed and construction work on central gate of the housing project has been initiated at accelerated pace, which would be completed next few days.

As far as the availability of uninterrupted water supply to the allottees of Park Enclave is concerned, the work on installation of two out of four tube wells has been completed while the installation of two other tube wells is in progress.

Civil work including construction of sewerage drainage systems, construction of vehicular roads and service roads and footpaths etc has been expedited for early completion, he told.

Lights would be installed on main road from Park Road to Park Enclave in first phase, while in the second phase, work on installation of street lights in Park Enclave would be completed.

Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal has expressed his satisfaction over the ongoing development work in the Park Enclave and directed the Engineering Wing to utilize all available resources for completion of housing project within stipulated time.
