SocialMetroMan breaks stereotype revolving around skin care for men in Pakistan

LAHORE, Pakistan: Signature Skin Care, an aesthetic skin clinic, has hosted an exclusive ‘MetroMan’ event for the who’s who of the town on March 29, 2018 at the clinic in Lahore.

The ‘MetroMan’ event was specifically organised for the male influencers in Lahore.

The objective of the aforementioned was to break the stigma that revolves around skin care for men in our society. Having said that, this idea has been accepted and implemented in other parts of the world, thus Signature Skin Care aims at making this a norm for the men in our society.

New technologies like Mesotherapy and DMK Skin Management were highlighted during the event. Meotherapy involves creation of micro tunnels in the skin and allows the serum applied on the skin to penetrate deeper in the skin, making the treatment of acne particularly effective. Whereas, DMK Skin Management is Has been practiced for over 40 years and in 30 different countries. Moreover, it utilizes the philosophy of Remove, Rebuild, Protect & Maintain.

Dr. Taquir Ahmad, the well known cosmetologists and aesthetician shared his views about the event and stated that; “The introduction of latest technologies in non surgical field has paved ways for men in our society to understand that it is okay to take care of themselves sometimes. Moreover, I am extremely happy to see the number of men who were part of this event and we know that this stigma revolving around male skin care would be over soon.”
