ISLAMABAD: Former Director General (DG) Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Imran Ahmed Zubair was sentenced to seven years in jail and fined 70 million rupees on Thursday on corruption charges.
An accountability court in Islamabad ruled against former DG PTA in the corruption reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in 2010.
