Last Saturday, the Federal Minister for Postal Services Murad Saeed launched the Pakistan Post Mobile Application for Android at ECO Postal Staff College in Islamabad.
Pakistan Post Mobile App features complaint handling, track and trace, e-commerce, delivery, parcel collect, complaints, tariff, post office locations, post codes and information about postal services.
“Pakistan Post now allow customer to track and trace their articles online on their Android mobile devices. Pakistan Post will take-up all the complaints to enhance customer experience and continually improve system,” the App says about itself.
This application allows user to:
– Track their Article
– Check delivery Track of article
– Check routing Track of article

Meanwhile, Pakistan Post will launch a pilot project of parcel export market by January 15, 2019 to target the market with a commitment to deliver internationally in 72 hours.
In this regard, Pakistan Post has made necessary arrangements to target this market worth of US $4 billion.
Earlier, this market was catered by local and international private couriers at very high rates.
Pakistan Post is expecting up to US $2.5 billion Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on public private partnership model for the capacity building of Pakistan Post in logistic sector.
