ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: With the Christmas date approaching fast, the Christian Community across the Country is busy finalizing their preparation to celebrate their religious festival with zeal and fervor on December 25 (Monday).

Number of Christian families can be witnessed in Bazaar and markets for buying clothes, shoes and other commodities relating to the Christmas day from dawn to dusk.

Shahzad Massih, said that on the eve of Christmas, he renovated his house and is shopping for his family was almost finalized.

He further said that children were being prepared to present tableaus and other religious songs on the Christmas day.

“We are eagerly waiting to observe the Christmas day with religious zeal and enthusiasm”, said Danish Massih.

Another Christian girl Soniya said Christians are going to cook different types of food to celebrate the holiday.

“Everyone is excited for Christmas,” said Augustan Jacob, a local Christian. “Christmas shopping is under full swing and people are buying presents left, right and centre for their loved ones,” he added.

The bakery points are also being decorated with Christmas cakes and many more eatables.
