KARACHI, Pakistan: With an objective to simplify lives for people through providing increased mobility, the ride-hailing service Careen on Friday launched its Bike Service in Karachi wherein Legendary Cricketer Shoaib Akhtar was also invited as the Chief Guest.
Following the launch of Careem Bike Service, Shoaib Akhtar along with the Managing Director Careem Junaid Iqbal addressed a Press Conference.
In addition, Shoaib Akhtar also led a Bike Rally which went through downtown Karachi.
Careem users can now book bikes with the same ease as cars.
The Careem Bike is reasonably priced and is ideal for quick trips. It comes equipped with a helmet, a sanitary cap, and of course, a Captain meticulously vetted and trained for the job.
The Careem Bike rides are currently available in Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and will soon spread to other cities in Pakistan.
Apart from being a service that works actively towards making the city accessible, Careem has also proven to cater to every individual’s needs – the office going, the student, the group of friends on a budget.
It is truly a novel decision in a world obsessed with profits and losses to be aware about the realities of the consumer.
