Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games: Slovenia’s Tina Maze, Switzerland’s Dominique Gisin share gold in women’s downhill skiing

SOCHI: Slovenia’s alpine skier Tina Maze and Dominique Gisin from Switzerland won gold medal in the women’s downhill skiing event on Wednesday at the Sochi Winter Olympic Games.

Both skiers crossed the finish line at 1:41:57. The bronze medal went to Lara Gut from Switzerland, who settled for third place with a time of 1:41.67.
