HANGU: Six militant hideouts were destroyed in a joint operation conducted by security forces and police in the restive Hangu town on Monday, officials said.

During the operation which continued for two hours, rocket machinegun, launcher and thousands of bullets were recovered by the forces.

   

Moreover, Qari Hamid, allegedly involved in the murder of MPA Farid Khan of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, was also arrested, reports said.
